All non vibrating toys are quiet. Such as glass and jellies. Definitely have background noise as sometimes it won't be the toy that's audible.

I just had a quick peek and saw that the Annabel Knight Wow! Classic is on the extra quiet list. I love this vibrator, but there is no way it can be described as extra quiet.
