It swopped over for me halfway through I was putting the Positions of the Week topic together. It really mucked up my flow. 
But I have got used to it now, and I do find it easier to lay out a big job using the grouped tabs than the old way (I use my phone for all my forum-ing, so it’s come in pretty handy for things like the comparison tables and stuff like that).
I like the chrome://flags/ thing though. I’ve been having a browse, though I may need a closer look before I start randomly tapping the buttons.
