For us we only are with each other, but my other half is not a fan of the pill, so we compromise with condoms. I personally am not a fan of those either, as they can kill the mood with the intermission of having to put it on.

It takes practice! Not so long ago I had a “I’m just me” attitude - I used to brush off compliments All. The. Time. I guess, having a mother and brother with narcissistic tendencies (who put me down a lot, but are actually envious of me and my positive attitude), I kind of went to the extremes in that I became sort of… ultra humble - I didn’t want to accept compliments in case I came across as arrogant and cocky as well, but I guess I also didn’t really believe these things about me because I’d been told otherwise so many times before. Now I realise all that I am, I also know that the difference between confidence and arrogance is the difference between “thanks” and “thanks, I know!”. It’s fine to know that you’re awesome, amazing, and a whole bunch of other positive things, it’s not fine if you keep telling people all about it
