I'd rather have a bright pink toy then a pale pink one its my least favorite colour.
Most of mine are black but I do have two in bright red (from Doc Johnson). Great color!
It has been said to me that dominas like the toys to be in pink or purple.
Don't really care on the colour aslong as it's not black, the only one exception to that rule was when my partner was ordering a love egg he refused to have a remote that was girly pink or any pink in the end so that cut afew egg's out.
I like the black ones
If I have a choice, I'll never buy the pink option: I guess the assumption is that if women are buying, they'll choose the pink fluffy one every time, which is why so many toys aimed primarily at women come in pink. Mind you, that's fairly typical of anyone who manufacturers gendered items - they assume inside every chick is a Disney princess screaming to get out...
I especially like clear toys, but do find they "age" faster than others (I don't think I'm using them more, just that for some reason, clear materials show their age more quickly than opaques in other colours)

LH staff have talked about this in previous threads on the subject and in the Pander to Me thread. It comes down to what sells. Pink and purple are the best sellers and LH prefers to give the warehouse space to a broader ranger of products rather than more colours.
The question is whether pink toys are best sellers, because we have no other choice... Or they are best sellers becaue this is what women like.
My impression was that LH would happily stock more in other colours if they sold better, provided they were available from the manufacturer of course. :-) It could be one of those things where forum members aren't representative of the bulk of LH's customers.
I really do wish toys came in more colors more often, though I completely understand why they don't.
If I can avoid it, I'll not opt for pink. Purple seems to be my most popular color, but again I think it was a case of ''lesser of two evils''....
Not a fan of black either though. It's just a bit...much. I got really excited today browsing the Tantus website and finding blues, greens and oranges.
Have to say i prefer Flesh Relistic and Black
I'm abit odd as i ethier like my toys to look almost 'cute' with light girly colours or i go the complete opposite way and go black and scary looking :) not a fan of realistic looking toys though
+1 :)IrishRose wrote:
For me i dont really mind what colour my toys are but when im buying ill look at the toy and see which colour i like the best for that toy
Most of my toys are pink and purple, but I would like some blue or green ones.
I absolutely hate that so called realistic colour, makes me cringe.
Black toys I can take or leave, but if it comes in another colour than black then I'll get the other colour.
Purple. I love...purple.
I actively try to avoid ipink. I would love more colour choices in the toys. I didn't buy a rabbit for years because it seemed to only come in pink for a long time.
As long as it's not flesh coloured, I'm happy enough. Most of the toys I have are pink, purple or black. Purely because that's the only colours available most of the time.
I'm having a hard time articulating exactly what I enjoy when it comes to colours for toys other than saying that if I'd enjoy the colour on something like a mug, i'd probably like it on a toy.
I especially like the range of colours that Lelo produce. The lime green of the old Liv, the blue of the Gigi are smashing colours. I have two funfactory toys in their navy blue; purple, green and baby blue Lelo; multicolour vixskin; two red from Wevibe; midnight purple and pale cream tantus. I don't care about matching, I like variety. I also have aneros white, colourless glass and pink glass. And steel.
Looking forward to the day I get something amazing in yellow.
If there is a choice i usually go for purple as its my fave colour. I am not a fan of black toys they just seem too brutal.
Having seen how great the blue is on the Lelo Ora I want all toys to be that blue now. It's a great colour.
I find that colors are pretty limited when it comes to sex toys. The color shouldn't matter as much as the sensations and function of the toy.
My favorite toy color is a satin matte black! And my second is dark purple.
I don't like shiny black very much, but again, if it's the only option it's not going to stop me!
I tend to avoid flesh, clear and lighter colors because I do, ever few months, grow out and dye my hair down there bright colors! And it has been known to stain the toys and it's not pretty :c
Clear glass sexy using / see her with it :)
I will admit I have never been bothered by colour as long as it does the job it could be green with orange spots
