Now LH are officially selling via Amazon, how do customers go about using the Sexual Happiness Promise as Amazon don’t take toys back.

Looking on a Lovehoney Amazon store product page, there’s no mention of the Sex Toy Happiness Promise. The return details seem to be the standard Amazon marketplace ones.
Edit: I’ve just asked on livechat, and they said that the Sex Toy Happiness Promise does not cover Amazon or Ebay Lovehoney purchases.

That sucks unfortunately.
Last time I wanted to return a vibe, way before LH sold on there, was a rocks off one, they just refunded and told me to dispose of it.

You can’t even search Amazon Canada for “Butt Plug” and get any results. I don’t see how selling on Amazon will help anything.
They do on UK Amazon. Not sure about other countries.
