Nope in my opinion it doesnt have to projectile launch out of you at 100mph to qualify as a squirt.
Porn is 90% for show, a lot like wrestling. When you see women projectile squirting like that, its because she is really pushing down to make it squirt out like a fountain, again all for show.
Releasing fluids, be it even just a gentle gush, is still squirting imo. No, I don't think so. Sometimes squirting can be more of a dribble, sometimes it can be more vigorous and other times it can launch. It can be any variation of the above in my experience.
I would take what is seen in porn with a pinch of salt. A lot of women who "squirt" in porn are not actually doing it. I watched some interviews with adult filmstars who said that a lot of women actually need to have water pushed up into them, hold it until the camera is rolling and then sort of flick their clit and push it out.
