Ah crap. I’m not sure I spotted you put May in instead of July. This round was a ball-ache. 
1 I gave a full point for specifically ‘two heads’ (bicephalous and ‘two heads are better than one’), and a half point for ‘heads’
2 Bit easier. I accepted singular or plural for a full point.
3 Half a point per correct month
4 Full point for specifically 2.2, half point for 2(ish).
5 Full point for ‘ante meridiem’ (and close enough spellings), half point for ‘aunty meridian’.

Oh damn, it was 1 that let me down then. I thought I’d got a whole point for that. For some reason I read the question as what “two are better than one” so just wrote heads.

I was torn, but @FL45H got it spot on - and I thought there were enough clues in the question to back it up.
If it’s any consolation, everyone but FL45H wrote ‘heads’ too, so would get an extra ½ point. Meaning the scoreboard positions would stay the same.
I think everyone who gets over 20 is a winner anyway. Perhaps we could change the scoreboard system to allow for more ‘winners’?

@SexInTheCity I did exactly the same with the two heads thing 
and as far as 1 goes @Ian_Chimp , I was told last time if split between two answers I needed to pick one… unfortunately plumped for the wrong one this time. I was just very happy with over 20, definitely count that as a personal win

I mean, jamming in as many guesses as you can seems like chancing it, but I am open to alternative scoring systems.
Google says Christopher Columbus is probably not buried in the Dominican Republic, but rather in the cathedral in Seville. The Dominican Republic, however, are quite adamant that he is there, but refuse to check. And he may not even be Italian after all.

I have only ever put in two but was told off last time and will always pick just one now however I’m still going to show full working on those questions to at least gain some kudos 
. As to this one in particular I have no expert knowledge whatsoever so raise no objections on this occasion!

Unfortunately, much like real bananas, they’re pointless.
Though saying bananas are pointless, even as a pun, feels as if I’m betraying all Chimp-kind. This is quite a quandary.
