hahaha - reins are on horses, for example, which you pull to control your steed. By I may stand corrected if you know better. The English language and grammar are such a minefield

I’d go with reigning over people, but reining in a wild horse. So reining in would be more apt.

I think it’s the best thing about this new set up. I flark up my posts almost every time, and rely heavily on the edit function. 
In other news, we got ‘fuck’ back from the auto-censor. Hurrah!
