Never watched a cam girl in my life, but i would assume if they’re paying to see you, they are not talking crap, otherwise they’d be paying to see someone else! Let their honest opinions boost your confidence! ![]()
That’s really very generous of you, Alyssa - thank you. Don’t worry if those sheets won’t come to hand, though: sounds like you’ve got quite enough on your plate! ![]()
Yeah the sickness is from the headache, usually I don’t get as nauseous as I did this time, was struggling to even finish a cup of tea! I’m lucky I don’t usually suffer from much other symptoms than the headache, don’t really get cramps bad anything like that. I’m usually the same with the headache just before/right at the start but everything seems to have been a bit out this time, didn’t actually start till a day before was due to start taking pills again after the week break
our bodies are just weird sometimes!
Thinking of you @PleasureDrone. We all know how worried you were so must be such a relief to find out it isn’t GCA! ![]()
So glad it’s not the more serious illness @PleasureDrone but TMD still sounds far from pleasant!!
Sending hugs xx
Glad it isn’t worse @PleasureDrone . I have TMD (although my D stands for dysfunction), and for me, it is just about not clicking my jaw or grinding my teeth. I have no other ill effects, so hopefully it’ll be similar for you.
That’s good.
I bet it’s a right faff with all the gifts and stuff.
But at least you’ll have an earnings record for anything official you might need later.
Hi @KinkyMira - Interesting… a friend of mine in the USA has it too. She tends to grind her teeth in her sleep, so has to wear a mouthguard at night. Living alone, I’ve no idea whether I do that, but I seem to always wake up with a relaxed jaw, so I’m guessing not. All my life, though, I’ve had an unconscious thing of clamping my teeth together (I think it’s related to the stammer I had as a kid), and when listening to music (even just a tune in my head) I often tap out the rhythm with my teeth. Gotta un-learn those habits now!
I do that too, tapping out the rhythms on with my teeth, up down, side to side!
I clamp down and grind my teeth when stressed too, quite often broke my fillings or actual tooth doing that, i have promised my dentist i’ll try and control it, but it’s a subconscious thing.
I’ve been told that I grind my teeth at night sometimes! I often wake up with my jaws tightly clenched, this often results in me getting a headache or at worst it’ll turn into a migraine.
The trouble is you have no control over what you do in your sleep ![]()
I would say so. I’m the same, I have a relaxed jaw in the morning. My teeth grinding and clamping was during the day, so I had to consciously stop doing it. My pain has largely gone away now, after I got it under control.
@WillC - you too, eh? Yeah. It’s such unconscious second-nature that deliberately NOT doing it feels so weird right now!
Glad it is not as bad as you feared @PleasureDrone. One step at a time and listen to the experts! The real ones, not the google ones!!
All the best hope they get on top of what it is and how to treat it soon.
Good luck
There’s an exercise recommended on an NHS page where you lift your tongue to the roof of your mouth, and then open your jaw slightly. I’ve been giving it a go recently, but I don’t think I’ve been doing it properly/often enough. I find stretching exercises quite difficult to do regularly, as they are dull. ![]()
Many thanks for the PDF link, Ian - much appreciated. ![]()
@WillC just checking that radiator is ok, have you done away with them? Think there is general concern that some harm may have come to them ![]()

did they get too hot to handle?? Was there jealousy at the lack of use or perhaps too much use of a fan?? Just wondering… jealousy and heat can have a crazy effect on us all!!
I’ve had a breif look @PleasureDrone n I will have a proper look when i feel upto it which will happen today as theres alwsys times when the pain subsides
if I can’t find them I’ll ask the Dr for another copy as I see the Dr next week. I don’t like getting any information from the Internet as there’s so much and many contradictions as well as some amazing tips for various conditions but like I say there too much misinformation and alike you I don’t want any horror stories about conditions any of the loved ones and me are diagnosed with, no way I’m too anxious.
Did the Dr give you any tips about your breathing during anxiety or anything to try that will potentially help? Anything about breathing management? My meds do help although wish the Dr told me that living without them isn’t an option, they’re v addictive. Sorry I meant to finish this earlier I’ve edits everywhere
I’ve not found it yet but promise I’ll get another copy next week if I don’t find it before ![]()
It’s fine, just been busy lately and not found the time for pics! ![]()
@Alyssa646 - I’ve yet to have a talk with my GP about managing the TMD - got a phone consultation booked for the 18th. Because of the pandemic precautions, I haven’t had any in-person consultations yet. Everything except the actual blood test has been done by phone. I was offered an in-person consult last week, but I declined it because it would have been a bit redundant until the blood results came back.
……and….how was it?? ![]()
I normally watch it for hours, I know there’s no sound but I just appreciate how hot some of them are
