If I could just interject here for a minute, I had this pop up once a few weeks back but like @WillC I didn’t do anything with it because I didn’t know what it was all about. I’m following this with interest 
@Ian_Chimp still no joy for you? Do you have extra priviliges that are preventing it?

Yes @Ian_Chimp but i usually visit here on my phone more, but can’t recall it happening on phone, which is Samsung android.
