@DaveT69 this is my review of the Mon Ami you have linked. Personally, I wasn’t a fan. Looks so similar to the Mantric, the vibes are good and the controls are good but it has none of the flexibility to fit well and, as a result, the function was not there. There is a link to photo comparisons at the bottom of my review.

I am a big fan of the Mantric, I do not like the Mon Ami as outlined in the review linked above. They look extremely similar (as shown in the photos I shared) but are quite different in use. The Mon Ami’s controls are better but the Mantric is so much better to use. Like your wife, I prefer non-realistic looking toys.
I’d suggest something like this one, which combines G-spot and clitoral stimulation. Unfortunately sold out at the moment but I have something similar from a competitor brand and it makes me squeal everytime
