Keep an eye out for “Tester List” topics as those are the currently active posts. It’s also worth reading through the Big Tester Guide post. In my experience test items can selected several weeks after the list is first posted.

Have a read of the The Great Big Review and Testing Guide, that should answer any questions you have about the testing programme.
Any available testers can be found in the Testers topics.
Words of advice - you need to have written at least 8-10 reviews before being considered and there are a lot more volunteers than opportunities available so don’t expect to be selected straight away
