I tried a butt plug a few times but it’s just not my thing.
Same about the orgasms, I feel like things are better than when I was younger, which is the opposite of what I was told when I was younger, that I would dry up and life wouldn’t involve sex any more. Which made me sad.

I’m 38, just about to start HRT and I have never been soooo horny! Thankfully husband is loving it too! Bloody great, the confidence that we feel too. Our sex life is the best it’s ever been!

That’s why beads are so much fun back there, it is the in/out motion of them (especially very slowly) that causes the nice sensations.

My wife and I have experienced similar as you @BUSTYSTCLAIRE ! We both seem to be pretty matched on our sex drives. Rare that we are not both on the same page with sexual activities almost daily. 
I would say as we are now a little older. Her in late 40’s me in early side of mid 50’s. We have been having so much fun. Once kids are out of the house, it’s free game and we have enjoyed that a lot!
So glad your husband is supportive of your solo and toy play. We both really enjoy that too. Sounds like you’re finding the fun side of getting older and having more experiences!

I hear u…. I must say since I joined here a few days ago and started experimenting more on my own with toys I’ve certainly awoken my senses. Jesus perimenopause and getting older was not fun. Last night my husband didn’t know what hit him after his dry spell, when the kids went to sleep i made a move and he drove me absolutely wild. Thank ks everyone for the tips
