Just because you aren’t into an act I don’t think defines it as vanilla or not.
I have put anal as both as it may be a vanilla act in any given relationship (whether that is hetero, gay, lesbian) but for something like pegging I would think its not.
Depends. Any of these things can be vanilla, not vanilla or extremely not vanilla, depending on context
