My ex thought it would be funny to take one of his dads! It was one of those typical funny stories you hear about. He was rock hard for hours, even after he has cum. Agree with Topper. The patent ran out in June so you can get certified generic Sildenafil (Viagra) from proper pharmacies like Lloyds (and much cheaper than Viagra) and they will either charge you for an online assessment or accept a prescription from your doctor.
I have used it to get over erectile disfunction. For this it was great. Once my confidence came back I didn't need it. I still keep a supply though because (like Don_Don) it's great for a marathon session.
Personally I only take half a tablet (nightmare splitting original blue pills, but generic ones are designed to be split). This still has the good effects , but without the side effects. A full pill gives me all the side effects mentioned by others.

Yes, have bought it from Lloyds online doctor for a few years. It is the real thing, other on-line firms without medical involvement often sell false pills. Find it useful when swinging as the ability to have frequent sustained erections is essential - it really works.

I have never used it. Surely having a hard on for hours makes it impossible not to pee without hitting the ceiling.

It's not really like that. You don't get hard without stimulation and after orgasm you go soft like normal. The difference is that with stimulation you can go again and again and the erections are rock hard.

Side effects arent always so great. You could suffer from a banging headache feeling like you have a massive hangover. Also you may feel stuffed up in your nose.
Speak with your doctor and just say you have been suffering with ED and they should prescribe you with some. As the patent of Viagra (blue pill) expired this year, there is a cheaper generic version of viagra which does the job just as well. So i expect the doctors would be more then willing to prescribe them now.
Probably wouldn't bother with the embarassment of going to the doctor; you can fill out a questionnaire on Lloyds Pharmacy website and get it delivered. Both Viagra and the non-branded version.
I'll probably try a 1/4 first to make sure I get no side effects from that

I'd definitely get checked out first. It's a good health check anyway. Nice to know I don't have diabetes, high blood pressure or prostate cancer.
The doctor prescribed Viagra which was expensive, but I only got four. Since June, I've ordered some generic Sildenafil which is just as good (if bought from a proper pharmacy). I take half as this has no side effects and does enable marathon sessions. Never had a problem with any side effects or an erection that lasts longer than I want it to. It still requires stimulation.
I take Sildenafil about once a month. If you start taking it all the time you might risk using it as a crutch and not being able to perform without it.
