I don't watch porn with my partner, as she's not interested in it. However, a few times she has suggested that I watch porn and masturbate while she's in the room. I felt a little awkward, because most porn is pretty gross when you view it from a detached perspective, and I felt I was being judged! 
We use a free site called Xvideos. There are some very good couple friendly videos that can be found. If you decide to register your email with them you are allowed to download to pc etc. Also a very good "paying" site for couples is called Frolicme. I believe they are all scripted and filmed by a female producer. The quality is supurb.
We have tried it a couple of times. It was very awkward to start with. I let her decide what to watch. Finding couple friendly was really difficult, we ended up putting on a parody porno in the end.
We've talked about it recently so I've also been hunting for some suitable content to share, ie. Something a bit more romantic/sensual than the generic suck, fuck and finish on her face porn which she almost certainly won't be into. I would download first rather than sit searching. There's an awful lot to sift through and it might take a while to find something appropriate, potentially a mood killer. On the other hand it might be something to do later to find new stuff to try.
Best candidates I've found so far are from Sexart or Erika Lust (female director). Some attempts at interesting scenarios, reasonably 'tasteful' and well shot with decent production values. Sexart has free trailers of all the videos so you can pick one that looks interesting then search for it, some of the full length versions appear in a Google video search if you're lucky!
