Harvest has officially started. Late finish today but unwinding with a bit of food and the Show Jumping final on iPlayer. The jump these horses have is phenomenal… do already know the result. Well done Ben Maher and Explosion W!

Woke up feeling a bit grumpy and disoriented. Dry mouth, headache, struggling to breathe and somehow managed to twinge my knee

Now put Olympics on and watching women’s 10m diving semi finals - well done GB ladies! Will most likely watch the final while working at 7am
