Having my usual Saturday lie for a little while. Just drunk me cuppa with three pussies on the bed. The little kitten is such a cutie, she lays right tight into my groin of my outstretched legs. She loves to be close.
It’s been raining and thundering, but has eased off for the moment. Much more on the way. The window is open, it’s 73⁰ and as usual, I’m naked. I’ve caught up with all the posts on here quite quickly, as it’s generally a bit quieter here on a Saturday morning.
I hope the supermarket was not too crowded Mrs @Wurger?
No, @Latino_Caliente thats why I go at 6am ….. sounds really lovely where you are, although having said that, it sounds like its gonna be a nice day here too …. enjoy your day love xxx
Thank you @paulsballs and you have a great one too love xxx
Exactly why I do it at that time @Mel3- the worst bit is the big Tesco trollies doing the shopping for the home delivery service just 2 of them block the aisle…… should do what I do, leave trolley at end of the aisle and walk down carrying bits to take to trolley…. anyway enjoy your day love xxx
Seeing how organised you are @Wurger would it be possible in future to do our weekly shop as well. Have a wonderful weekend and hopefully enjoy the bit of sunshine. Will there be a takeaway and disco later tonight?
We just spent the morning fitting surround sound in the living room. While testing it, OH asked “how does it sound?” I said I can’t hear nothing, because I’m on a different frequency. He replied “whatever”.
I think it’s safe to say he’s not interested in my jokes today
Love surround sound, it’s great for films, and i have a fair few surround sound albums on bluray. Queen’s A Night At The Opera and Pink Floyd’s Dark Side Of The Moon are particularly good! Also have Def Leppard’s Diamond Star Halos and Pyromania in surround sound, plus all the Fish era Marillion albums!
Been battling weeds , finished planting the garden and finally got in my second day this year of tanning . Cleaned the pond and am trying something new for mosquito control , hung a coil of copper wire under floating solar powered fountain . The theory is that even at small amounts the copper keeps their larva from developing along with stopping algae blooms . So far it seems to be doing both . https://lovehoneyforum.com/t/images-to-share-in-topics/259586/656
Cleared our greenhouse and got rid of a load of old pots and rubbish. Found a mouse living in half a bag of compost and two mice living in a plastic tub. Released them into the garden and they all scampered off into the bamboo. Hubby stood well back as i was taking out the stuff in the tub so they could get out (he is such a scaredy cat).
Found another mouse living in the garage but hhe is exercising his squatters rights and refuses to leave.
Had a small kennel at the bottom of the garden that was shelter for a feral cat we were feeding for around 10 years. Once he stopped coming we left it there. A while later the dog wouldn’t come in, and was very interested in the kennel. I looked inside and there was nothing inside. But he kept at it. So I lifted it up and loads of mice that must have been nesting under it scattered everywhere! I nearly shat myself!
