In the garden, naked, first cup of tea. 20c outside in East London 25c indoors, but cooling nicely with all the windows and doors open. By the time Mrs Balls wakes up it should be a comfortable temperature for a lovely cuddle. Must get out for an hours walk before it gets to hot and then naked sunbathing and paddling pool for the rest of the day.x

Found out a wee honesty cake shed had opened up in the next village over, so took a wee trip over, going to sit out now and soak up the sun with a wee coffee and newly acquired cake collection (we got a caramel shortcake, mint rocky road, apple crumble and lemon meringue pie ), love wee local community things like this!

I’m having a relaxing weekend because next weekend we go on holiday for a fortnight, but I’ve just boiled some eggs. Dippy eggs and soldiers is an absolute favourite of mine

Yes, I did! Mine was a yellow chick with a sort of built in egg cup at the back. Yeah, it sounds weird the way I’ve described it but honestly it was cute
