Just spent the morning with my best mate. Went out on the bike so my legs are absolutely dying now 
Lovely to get out the house early as then it feels like I’ve made the most of the day.

I’ve been struggling of late with my stress levels thus haven’t been on the forum as often. I have found that autumn leaves and the seasons beautiful colours and scenes have cheered me somewhat.

Thanks - I’ve had a lot on my mind none of which I can discuss here unfortunately. I even got worried and considered asking for my account to be deleted here as I got paranoid it could backfire on me somehow.
Anyhow I feel a little more settled now and as a result a bit more relaxed again in the bedroom.

I’ve just seen something else that’s massively cheered me up - LH have started selling THE BEST ever Ben wa balls! I already own them sadly (ordered from Europe a while back) but have added my review as I adore them so much.
