Recently; spiced apple cake with a struesal topping, chocolate and beetroot cake, spiced carrot cake, courgette loaf, candied pecan cookies, tea loaf, coffee cake and tomorrow it will be pumpkin loaf cake and spiced pumpkin cookies :drooling_face:

I spent far too long trying to work out why being vegan would make biking daunting, before realising you obviously meant baking :joy: it’s been a long day.

What cheered me up is that the long day has come to an end and I can finally get to my bed :zzz:

Yep baking, I do bike a lot though (with two pedals I might add) but I’m not daunted by that. More daunted by driving a car :woman_facepalming:t2: Which my husband doesn’t understand! I’m such an aggressive cyclist but hate driving a car :rofl::rofl:

Saw a kestrel hunting and hovering above a field. Love seeing birds of prey.

Used to see loads of them, but seems to just be buzzard everywhere now.
