@Melody1 … be honest, has the milkman see you in “those” shorts?
I made it through another summer holiday day!!
Is it normal to want to punch your kids in the face! Lol !
This makes me glad to not have kids, I know the wee fuckers would be annoying just like me
@Green_Eyed_Girl
I may have neck ache from looking up at the moon free, star studded sky , and i’m so glad i didn’t trip and fall but if you walk down the white lines those country roads generally take you home .

Just booked a Christmas holiday to see family in London, then two weeks in Thailand on the way back to Sydney!

My new sandals turned up.
Such a small thing but my others fell apart and shoes are hot at this time of year.
Foraged some blackberries and hazelnuts/cob nuts on the way home. Who has heard the folklore that you shouldn’t eat blackberries after the 11th October (or 29th September depending where in the country your are)? That’s when the devil was said to be thrown out of heaven (Michaelmas), landed on a a bramble bush pricking his butt so peed on the bush in revenge Blackberries are said to turn sour and nasty after this date, the day the devil pisses on the blackberries! Love rural folklore
Surprisingly cheerful at remembering I had a lettuce in the fridge
i) it rounded off my lunch nicely
ii) It didn’t go limp and mouldy. Good news for my food waste phobia
