Thats so good @The_Little_Ladybird It must be difficult initially but hopefully he realises your happiness is also very important and this new man is making you happy.
Does the ex have must to due with son? Has he moved on as well?

Another good night out last night, and very hot  when we got home too :face_with_hand_over_mouth::smirk:

And another weekend out next week with his sister and OH - dinner and drinks

Getting home from work late last night to find chicken wings and chips on the dining table with a note that said “I  my husband”… the perfect accompaniment to the footy highlights.

Needless to say, I showed my wife my appreciation later on

Got an incredible BJ yesterday afternoon. We were about to head out and I’d just come out the shower. My wife dropped to her knees and sorted me out. One of those ones where you go weak at the knees :heart_eyes:

So, next month is both my husband’s birthday and 20 years since we first met (not since we started going out).
So, I’ve come up with an idea. For 45 days before his birthday (ie, he’s 45), I’ve told him he has to lick and suck my nipples for 45 minutes every day. (He loves that, and we don’t do anywhere near enough of that).
Also, for 20 days before the anniversary of when we met, he needs to lick and suck my pussy for 20 minutes every day (as well as the 45 on my nipples).
These are specific times for these activities, rather than counting things as a part of other activities.
I’m thinking of it like an advent calendar for birthdays and significant dates.

Then, on the dates of the actual birthday and when we met (which are a few days apart), I’ll have something mega up my sleeve.

What cheered me up is how excited he got about the whole idea. Sort of “back to basics” really.

I really do admire you @KinkyMira for you coming up with such a great treat for the anniversary. I have said it before you are a very special person and hubby is very lucky. Enjoy the birthday and anniversary celebrations.

I’m very lucky to have him too. He’s totally changed my life. He’s enabled me to fly and be the woman I am now. To say i owe him everything is an understatement.

@KinkyMira i completely get what you are saying!! I would be lost without my OH he has made me the woman i am today, he has made me stronger and made me see the good aspects of myself

@Grainne Sounds like you’ve got a good one too. The biggest single thing mine has done is lift me up instead of putting me down. But, he makes me better in almost every way. (To be fair, I make him better in a few too, so it isn’t all one way) xx

@KinkyMira and @Grainne … it is lovely to hear from women who genuinely love and appreciate their partners. I am quite sure they hold you in equal esteem.

Exactly right approach @The_Little_Ladybird move on and forget about ex. Its good your son has a partner, at his age though he should be enjoying life and preparing for uni days.
Its good he has met your new partner and I hope he can see how happy you are with him. :grinning:

Yesterday a number of guys still working in our old shop wanted a get together with some of us retired guys . So we met up at a Mexican restaurant near the shop at 10:30 in the morning . It was a pretty good turn out , I think around 30 people showed up . I think the person I had not seen the longest was 18 years . A few beers and margaritas were consumed along with many fine dishes . Most people stayed about two hours and everyone was catching up and enjoying themselves . The surprise person that showed up blew our minds . He had several heart attacks in the late 80s and early 90s , and we all figured he would not make it much longer . He is STILL WORKING ! Next week he will turn 80 . A good friend showed up and ordered his food and realized he had forgot his wallet and I told him to sit down , I’ve got this . It was a very enjoyable time , we all pledged to do it a bit more often , though we need a bigger venue . The guys still working told us how the place was being miss managed and the stupid or silly things the company has done . And there were more than a few stories told by us old timers for the young guys entertainment . Best day in some time .

Getting ready to go out. Cab picking us up at 6, then getting his sister and husband, then going to the pub to meet his other sister and OH. Have a few drinks then have something to eat, then the restaurant turns into a disco. Third weekend in a row we’ve been out. And we’re out next weekend too, to meet up with an old school friend. Think the last time we both went out to socialise like this was before the kids :joy:
