It appears my cold finally broke , I can beat again . Made a gourmet dinner last night and my wife gave me good reviews . The area around where she pretty much lives gets too much stuff , to the point she is overwhelmed . For over a week she asked for help and either she was hurting too bad or my cold sapped my energy level . I asked he how she would like me to dress as I assist her . She picked three of my outfits . Preparing for the weekend. Husband and I are away separately. He’s at a work conference on Saturday and is staying with an old friend he can shag. I’m off for a girly weekend, again with lots of girly shagging. We’re both with people we haven’t seen for a while, so also looking forward to catching up. Might be the odd glass of rose consumed.

They started uni last weekend (5 hours drive from me).

@AWB1955 & @steve19 thank you both. I think I have prepared myself well for this next stage.
Sex is obviously still amazing but Im no longer obsessed with it. Having my emotional needs met and feeling safe and loved is wonderful. I dont feel like the only time I feel wanted is through sex so its probably at a more “normal” pace … twice / three times a week x
