Got home from work and asked OH about the text I had sent her and she said sorry but can’t do it as she has that horrible cold that’s going around then she said but if your going in the bath I think you definitely need to look in the bathroom cabinet I’ve put you a surprise in there so I had a look and there was a new 7”suction cup dildo in there with a little note just saying enjoy

My 39 & 42Y/O daughters told me that the best times as a kids when I took them out on a Saturday or had them over the weekends (Myself their mum divorced when the youngest was 2)
We are very close always have been, but them saying that made me feel good

Last evening Pen and I were in the pub near Kings Cross and near the Angel …. got chatted up (only because our defences were down due to vino rouge) ….. it went quite a bit further, but it cheered me up to think I still got it. We (Pen and I) did stop it going too far …… just wish I was still 28 years old ….. xxx

Our world is indeed getting smaller Mrs @Wurger, we mentioned Tilbury yesterday and now you mention The Angel……I used to roadie for a band and we had a residency in a pub there (can’t remember it’s name) and had some great fun!

Thats interesting @Latino_Caliente ….. was the pub on the corner of Islington Green and Upper Street - think it was the Fox way back, more recently a Slug & Lettuce? There were so many in Upper Street and that area back then ….. on Friday we were in the Crown in Cloudesley Road … ended up in the back of a cab not far from home

Being proved right that a particular leopard doesn’t change it’s spots and given enough rope the arsehole will hang themselves eventually. Revenge is definitely a dish best served cold. Sorry for speaking in idioms!

It really was fun @steve19 the men we were with travelled with us to our home station and we got a cab to Pen’s place…. in the cab a fair bit of snogging and groping….. then Pen’s coat was off … and her tee shirt up to her chin…. gawd…. it got so horny…..anyway by then we were at Pen’s place and we forced a cheerio on the boys (they were a little deflated) ….. waited a while and then got a cab to my place, crawled up to bed …. phew a really fun evening …… then Saturday was fantastic, just Pen and I ….. enjoy the rest of the day @steve19 and everybody else xxxx

It’s not recent but I do think on it sometimes and it cheers me up.
I had a crap manager at a previous job, tried to get time with them to discuss work, and it never happened. We never got along.
I then got told I was being made redundant. Dealt with that. On my last day, my manager asked if I had time for a chat (just virtually). I thought about it and responded something along the lines of:
“Unless it is to do with redundancy pay, it’s better for me if we don’t. We have never got along, and I’m not going to use any time on my last day here to pretend we did.”
Didn’t hear anything from him after that. It was a very satisfying “No”.
