@Wurger its so good to hear that your company values it’s staff and allows them to get on with the job. Instead of trying to lead from the top and getting it all wrong. In the past some of the companies I have worked for the management was so far away from the job they hadn’t a clue of how to do the job and in some cases it felt like they had been promoted out of the way. It sounds like you and your “boys” are in a good place, long may it continue. ![]()

Mrs W here ……
Exactly right @Mel3 ….. fortunately in this Company, the Directors are not into “micro-management”, the Directors direct and ask that the Managers manage …. we are not overloaded with Managers like some Companies are ……. also, I think I have said previously that my boys and I are a team - a homogenous “whole” that makes things happen and produces results, and we fit into a Company that is made up of similar teams and in this case it works …… one of the Directors said yesterday “Perhaps its down to your Market trading background” …. so I just gave him that Norf London look
that says “Yeah, don’t go too far sunshine” …. enjoy the rest of your day @Mel3 love xx
For me Mrs @wurger, it would have been the East London look. Been there, done that and have multiple T shirts

Mrs W here …..
Yep, I guessed you would know it @Latino_Caliente …. also Pen was near that Turnpike you mentioned previously and put some flowers for our lost friends by the site of that terrible event ….. hope you and Mrs LC have had a nice day and enjoy your evening love xxx
I fell asleep earlier and we had to be at the club so my husband woke me by slapping my face with his cock so I gave him a bj and he came into my mouth… made us giggle
Seeing that the neighbour has mowed is just adult peer pressure.
I hate coming home and seeing the neighbour has mowed and my lawn looks long and unkept.

So you neighbour trims, do they not know this is the start of the season when insects need the long grass for homes food and mating.
They just cruelly evicted and staved thousands of creatures who are seeking your benevolent sanctuary. You can’t mow now surely?
2 weeks time we’ll be at Disney ![]()

Finally found a replacement door mirror for the car after waiting about three years on eBay. Not a particularly rare car, but the previous owner specified ones that fold in and they are hen’s teeth secondhand. It was knocked off by a delivery driver flinging his door open about ten feet away and had no chance of avoiding it.
A brand new one fitted by the dealer is £1000 plus painting etc and couldn’t afford that, luckily this one was £180 and I fitted it in a couple of hours, bonus was it is even the correct colour.
It works really well and now don’t have to worry anymore, the old one was glued back together and taped up, but managed at least two MOTs/services like that, but was a bit embarrassing…..
Just woke up after going to bed early and came downstairs..
On the living room table are flowers, two birthday cards along with presents and a mother’s day card.
Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mums!

As well as how lovely Aylesbury Waterside Theatre is ![]()
Two things, firstly a fabulous evening at a murder mystery dinner that I bought my dad for his birthday, and which we attended last night. So much fun. I highly recommend them to you all.
And secondly, finding out @MsSubExperimenter , is relatively local to me… The Aylesbury Waterside is about a half hour down the road. Lovely theatre. Maybe, we’ll run into each other there, one day!

My best friend lives in Leighton Buzzard so it’s not far
if the same show is on both there and Milton Keynes, I’d pick there every time!
Wouldn’t that be awesome if we were seeing the same thing unknowingly ![]()
Was coaching at an event this weekend and 1 of the smallest thought he didn’t medal. The smile on his face when I told him he came 3rd just filled my heart ![]()
Had my first driving lesson today, and really proud of myself actually
I’ve only done forward bay parking and reverse bay parking where there’s no cars either side, but today I did it and successfully with cars there as well
and the reverse parallel parking, a little wonky but straightened up. Some roads got up to 50mph, fastest I’ve gone previously is 30. And tackled 2 biggish roundabouts, as well as a through about. I just need to get my confidence up and start believing that I can do it, it’s just when I come to a meeting point I get a little nervous but I did get a bit better as the lesson went on. Roll onto the next lesson ![]()
Roundabouts and junctions was the hardest and scary part for me but once I pushed the nerves aside. You’ve got this @Dirty-Wife ![]()

Reading some of the posts on here cheered me up.
Thank you
apparently I was good at junctions lol thanks to my husband who’s been teaching me them. The thought of doing roundabouts did scare me but the ones I did, I knew and what position to be in, so really it was just about judgment. Can’t wait for the next one now ![]()
