This morning I was shopping with the little one; at the checkout, the assistant said, tap your card. He completely caught me off guard and said “excuse me lady, don’t forget your manners, they’re very important.” I did chuckle to myself because he left the poor woman speechless

Everyday i get the Metro paper to try and do the crossword but today its really popped a smile on my face… on the backpage theres an advert for Jaffa Cakes .. picture of the biscuit/cake as the eclipse.. then Full Moon, Half Moon .. you know the rest … remembering the tv adverts for past years .. theres some witty marketing people about .. but a huge grin on me when i saw it

I’ve had yet another really shit AuDHD day ( 16th in a row ) and couldn’t get out of bed till gone 5.
But what cheered me up was reading @Tenshadesandme and @Hannahnim 's banter and that @Hannahnim had been told off for harassment! Not condoning it obviously but who swapped out the real @Hannahnim ?

Trust me, there is no impostor, no need to call Poirot! It didn’t help @Tenshadesandme post kept popping up at the top and all the hinting at big bottom distractions I wanted to know what the fuss was all about and gave her a good hounding!
Seriously, if we managed to make your day a little bit better than it was all worth it in the end

I got cheered up when a clerk at the home improvement store underestimated my age by more than 15 years. And when my wife gave me my birthday card and gift, and the card said I was sexy, three times in it…..glad she still thinks that about me.

Being able to drive with hubby in the car now 
When I first started, for reasons I don’t know I couldn’t drive with him in the car. It’s like my mind went completely blank, I forgot how to drive. One morning I said to him get your shoes on you’re taking me out, started driving and my L plate came flying off so had to pull over somewhere safe to get it 
but I carried on and took us shopping. Went out again earlier today just driving and my youngest was with us and just comes out with ‘I’m proud of you mum’ he literally just melted my heart

Our getaway to one of our favorite cities, where we were able to relax, ride our bikes, eat great meals, and have sex three times during the stay. It was an epic way to celebrate my 75th birthday.
The other thing was finally opening up to her on our way to the next destination, and talking about the challenges in our sex life, being more open to trying new things, and reducing the stress and shame I have been feeling. We have rarely talked about sex, so that candid discussion was one of the most difficult I have ever had with her.

Being home 
Am uncomfortable and it hurts to move, but that’s to be expected! It’ll ease over a few days and it was worth it to get my gallbladder gone
