Not sure about you guys, but I have a bit of a low self esteem / low confidence thing.
What makes me more confident, is if I dress up in lingerie, to hide my wobbles, most insecure areas of myself. Which he doesn't complain about anyway! Although this can't be done every time. It'd ruin the lingerie appeal a bit.
So, what ways do you help yourself feel more sexy / confident with yourself?
Probably shouldn't say this but a few drinks can give me a bit of confidence .
But seriously I know where you're coming from with the lingerie thing , if I can wear something sexy that covers my stretchmarks and wobbly tum then that makes me feel more confident.
Also sometimes acting confident can result in actually feeling confident.
Total trust in my OH gives me confidence.
Pamper yourself every so often... Nice hair cut... A massage.... A spa session.... Anything that relaxes you and raises your spirits... It is hard to feel confident/ sexy when you are tense, worried stressed, etc...

Agree about the dim lighting though ,I love candles cos they cast a really flattering light but I know that my hubby will just ask "what's up with the lights? "
NOTHING can make me more confident than seeing my OH's reaction when he sees me in sexy lingerie, or when I'm totally naked.
And by reaction I mean facial expression and...more obvious signs that he finds me sexy.
I would love to give you advice like everyone else but only if you could tell me or show me that single person who love everything and i mean everything about there body. I havent met a single one and i am sure no one else has too.
Wearing something gorgeous always makes me feel confident, and by the time the clothes start falling on the floor, the way a man looks at me is enough to keep that confidence going.
Great question - I think my answer would be that the reaction of my wife and how satisfied she is breeds my confidence which didn't exist previously. Her reaction always gives me the confidence to continue to experiment.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, communication is huge here your confidence will grow as your OH keeps telling you and showing how much he wants and desires you. You need to talk to him and explain your confidence issues and because you have chosen each other entrust him with this. Like everything in love the more confident we get the better at it we become. With this in mind with in a loving relationship it's a win win. It will draw you closer together and improve your love life. More confident the more you are both able and willing to explore knew things.
This is totally normal especially for women you are totally surrounded by media of wonderful women and the pressure is on. Just look how many of the top models have an addiction of one sort or another. This is why sex is such a wonderful thing usually two people sharing an intimate act for mutual pleasure. Good luck.
For me personally I have never had an issue with bedroom confidence. I have however had massive issues with confidence when approaching / speaking to others for fear of rejection. However once I have overcome that initial obstacle, and especially when we start becoming intimate then the worries seem to fade away as I am more certain that person likes me which in turn gives me confidence.
I am now in a relationship which means I dont have to worry so much about the initial confidence thing anymore.
However it very much came to light with both of us recently when we were at a swingers club (on two visits) where we had 'forgotten' how to socialise outside of our comfort zone of our friends. It was like being back at the first day of school again!

Generally as long as I keep a t-shirt/vest on to cover my wobbly bits, i'm usually pretty confident. Also very soft, low lighting... like almost dark....
