I bought the following a while ago but not worn them yet as I am not sure what to wear with them.

The picture on the box shows the model wearing nipple tassles as in the picture on the website but I am not that brave and none of my bras seem to do them justice.
Any suggestions?

You could go topless or put some body lotion on that has a slight shimmer to it. Elemis Pro-Collagen body cream is fantastic for this, as is one by Trilogy which is much cheaper & on offer at naturisimo (buy two items get a freebie). Or, you could use edible body dust. LH used to do Booty Parlor products & I was lucky enough to get some of their lickable body shimmer. It was great just for making you look sexy whilst not overdone. I think the only place to get it now is eBay, & probably from America or elsewhere abroad where they still do them.
However personally (& I am a big busted girlie so I understand the whole nipple pasty thing) I really would recommend them. Guys love them & they are amazingly sexy. They are easier than you think to apply & remove, & finding spare tape to put them on with is no issue for me. I have a few of them & they just make you feel so sexy & in command (not in a domineering way, just sexy & in control of your own body).
If you are looking for a bra though I would say something sheer lace & black, non-wired, maybe one of the peephole ones that undoes with a ribbon in the centre of the cup. Again, if nothing on LH floats your boat then there will be ones on eBay or other sites that you can use to mix & match. Try a generic google search with the name & style of the panty & add 'bra' or 'corset' etc. to see what comes up. Also, I tried the LH chat with an advisor & they were pretty good so if there's a matching product they should be able to direct you quickly.
