Being a woman is hard! I’m assuming all options for treatment have been looked at and haven’t worked or she’s in a wait list.
Women really have to be persistent and loud to get proper care, they actually give paracetamol and ibuprofen as pain management options! Thats wild.
I appreciate that its hard for you too @william1987 wanting to be supportive, whilst having needs of your own. Have you had any conversations about you seeing other people for sex?

Yeah the wife’s had a surgery to remove it but they couldn’t get it all out and she’s been told it comes back worse the more time she has it to

I had mild endo and that was bad enough. Pregnancy seemed to clear it out, but could just be my pain threshold has increased 
there is currently a trial happening in the UK for a promising new drug for endo - so fingers crossed your OH gets treatment soon and then you can regale all your fantasy adventures to us!
