Who are your favourite authors?

I love reading , ive currently read 3 books so far this week , i think its easy to tell im off work! Anyway im always looking for new authors to read so i thought sharing favourite authors would be a good place to find new authors

So my current favourite authours are -

Erotica

Tiffany riesz and im also a fan off portia da costa, lilly harlem and kd grace

Other topics

Lee child, janet evanovich, kathy riechs, gretchen Galloway and gillian flynn

I do read quite a mixture of authors/genres and im sure ill think of more later!

I love Tiffany Reisz too, she is an amazing author.  I'm about to start reading The Bourbon Thief, and I'm really looking forward to it ) xx

I loved the discworld series by Terry Pratchett

Loooooove Terry Pratchett too Logan.

I'm definitely eclectic, not a lot I wouldn't read. One of my favourite authors is actually Catherine Cookson. My granny used to read her books and then my mum did. I just followed their lead and loved her, think I was 15 when I started reading her books.

I have only read one book in the last 15 years and that was Guy Martins autobiography. I'm now reading his other book! So I'm going to say him.

Hi folks, I too am a disc world fan (read the lot, favourite has to be eric).

Also read a few of Tiffany's although I find the different series ie red and white years can be confusing.

Now reading medieval humour from Howard of Warwick on the Kindle (pornographic tapestries lol).

kimberley chambers, martina cole, mandasue heller are my faves

Mainly read biographies atm but do like a bit if King or Koontz.

Mrs LUC enjoys Dan Brown and the recent saga from Gillian Anderson, yes that Gillian Anderson.

I read a lot of books by indie authors. Ones I could name and none of you would know them. It's a real shame so many aren't known as well as others.
Colleen Hoover is a fave one of mine.
Sylvia Day, J.Kenner, Jodi Ellen Malpas are a few others.

Lee Child. Jack Ryan. Robert Galbraith. Bernard Cornwall. Dick Francis. John Francome. Helen Fielding. Alan Titchmarsh.

Always been a big fan of John Green, I spent a lot of time following his YouTube channel 'Vlogbrothers'. Looking For Alaska is an all time favourite of mine.

Jodi picoult! There's a couple of amazing books by her, like 90 minutes and house rules. Jojo moyes if you like soppy. I've also discovered Gillian flynn and she's amazing!

Have you read the bared to you series by slyvia day?

Me - Sebastian Faulks, James Holland, Alistair MacLean
OH - Lauren Kate, Terry Pratchett

I love sagas so Maureen Lee, Katie Flynn and Anne Bennet and lots more but I can't remember the names.
Also like to read chic lit - Marian Keyes, Jane Green, Jane Mansell (lots more but can't remember again)
Horror - Stephen King and James Herbert
Erotica- tried E.L.James and Tara Sue Mae (found them boring) still searching for something that hits the spot 😑

My favourite sagas as well, Catherine Cookson, Elizabeth Chadwick, Cynthia Harold Eagle for the Morland saga, medical history books as well,

I love reading erotica so my fave authors:

Christina Lauren
EL James
Sylvia day
J Kenner

My wife loves her James Patterson books.

Me I am a sucker for bill Bryan and am in love with the Michael Palin diaries as well. Fiction wise a fan of Pratchett's as are others here. All time favorite though is either Don Quixote or to kill a mockingbird

Have you read the second book after mockingbird? It's one of your favourites too but haven't got around to reading it yet.

I am torn about the go set a watchman. Worried it will spoil the original. I will read it but not quite built up the courage yet.
