How are you preparing your Halloumi? I have some form the Foodwaste project I could do with using

It was a really simple recipe! Once the veggies and quinoa was all cooked up and mixed, we sliced the halloumi and laid it all on top. The recipe wanted it back in the oven for 5 minutes but we did it for 15. Don’t often cook with halloumi but it certainly worked.

I think upping the oven time was definitely a good idea - I’ll give it a go in the week :+1:
Thanks

Tonight I will be making a family favorite , Glorp . The recipie can vary , depending on what you have in the form of leftovers . Basically the base is fried potatoes , after browning nicely I add pre cooked bacon or ham broken or cut into small pieces . Then depending on who is eating , diced tomatoes or mushrooms and can add diced onion . After heating that mix nicely I add shredded cheese and several eggs . Mix and stir / flip until eggs are cooked .
BTW , I originally called it bachelor glorp . I would use just about any left over meat and almost any other kind of leftovers . Was a great way to not waste leftovers and every once in a while it would surprise you how well a strange mix would turn out .
