We might be joining you on that idea. Made a gammon and green bean gratin earlier, but now I’m just not feeling it. We’ll see how it goes. The gratin can always save for tomorrow night instead.

Spaghetti Bolognese with Bolognese from the freezer, fresh pasta and garlic bread.

Batch cooking really comes in handy on a rainy Friday evening after a very busy week at work and having no inclination to cook anything substantial :grinning:

Quorn mince lasagne

Quorn mince works really well in bolognese as it absorbs the flavours and for those who want it that way looks like mince and has a similar texture. If they didn’t see you cooking it, I doubt most meat eaters could tell the difference. Made with leftovers from Saturday’s spag bol

The cupboard is bare… until shopping day.

Made do with a cheesy tuna and tomato pasta bake to use up some cans.

Just reminded me I haven’t had tuna pasta bake for ages, might have to be on the menu next week I think

Bacon, Onion and Potato Bake - another recipe from Pinch of Nom.

Just prepped the potatoes using a mandoline slicer, still have all my fingers which is a nice bonus!
