I’d add in “realistic” under the shapes, I feel they’re often a half way between a standard straight and a curved g-spot

Maybe folding up the longer descriptions in a details/summary would be good?
Is there another Guide they’d fit in better, or is this the best one? If this is the best one then it comes down to word count and formatting.
Not sure just providing a list is very helpful for newbies? Maybe a drop-down style for the descriptions? I’m not very good at formatting - editor’s call!
I’ve added it it but the words are not flowing today so please do make it sound better!
I think a simple overview/intro is needed? The idea is that this guide is for people who have no clue. It needs to tell them what factors to consider, and point them to where they can find out more info.
Ideally guides sit together in a package, so it may be worth considering what the next level of info would be? So would you want a full guide on Rabbits, or would a couple of paragraphs cover it? (if the latter then I’d fold it up into a details/summary in this guide. If the former, then I’d think about putting a rabbits guide link in).
And don’t worry about not being able to do all the formatting, you can still help decide whether it’s a good choice or not even if you can’t code it in yourself. ![]()

It’s okay, some bits are more polished than others, but it’s bound to look a bit messy in the middle of it all. ![]()

Can you point us in the direction of the list of Guides?
I think a couple of paragraphs on each type is fine - the product descriptions for individual toys go into more detail, and as there is such a variety within a category e.g. Rabbits, then I’m not sure a fuller guide could add much…
I’ve roughly popped a couple of paragraphs into some fold out details sections just to give people an idea of the visuals.
Any thoughts?
Thanks. Reading the LH A-Z Rabbit entry, I still think a couple of short paragraphs in our own guide on Vibrators would be more helpful than a whole guide dedicated to Rabbits.
What do others think? I’m happy (hoppy?) to go either way - quite fancy researching a type of toy in more depth.
I think we need a poll to find out what people would find most helpful…
I’m envisaging a few people creating their own guide collaborations when they get the ability to wiki (and I’m more than hoppy to start one off for you now if you have something in mind? And I’ll make it clear in the blurb that you’re the author with final edit say
).
I’m not sure a poll will tell you much, but you can give it a go?
I’ll happily do a wiki on something - maybe glass? - but not just yet as I don’t have the time to give it proper attention (voluntary job seems to be taking over now that everyone knows I’m at home in a lockdown area). Give me a week or two!
No worries. I was a bit worried that I’d set you one up, and then you’d ditch me to go and play in there instead. ![]()
Might be a good idea to ‘sponser a wiki’ for the people that don’t get to TL3 (for whatever reason). That way other people get to be guide boss even though they don’t have the wiki button.
I’m still not sure how hard it is to get to TL3, but the next few weeks should give us some idea.
