It really depends where pictures are published really. My OH does shots with face fully visible and others with head turned to suit where they're put. In fairness she has absolutely nothing to be embarrassed about should anyone she knows see them. We are careful to control and understand where the photographer is going to use them and none of the shots are ever pornographic. She does do fully naked but never legs open or anything like that!
