I had the same issue in November.
I emailed them & complained.
The lady who responded said that I had similar issues such as yourself.
She also said that they will reinstate my account, but I must give the questions more thought before I answer them.
The representative also said, that you must respond to the emails they send to you regarding the questions ASAP.

Just got an email inviting me to a new survey but when i click on the link the survey won’t load up.
Finally saved up enough points to get anything except the shower head but now we can’t choose 
what do we do

You could go on to the wow tech page and see if the survey will load from there.
I tried again later and it loaded up no problem.

been doing it for like a year and a half and have enough for a womanizer but already have it so saving for the ion thing for hubbys willy. I would do the shower head but friends use our bathroom when they stay and i couldnt face the shame of them noticing and hubby said hes not replumbing when we hav guests.

It’s only a case of unscrewing one head and replacing it with another, though, I really don’t think you’d need to. It looks very discrete, I have one and still wouldn’t notice it as a sex toy if I saw it in the bathroom at a friend’s house.
… Having said that, I wouldn’t actually recommend it! 
It looks like a regular shower head with a massaging jet option.
You wouldnt need to change at all.
I too have finally saved up enough points for most (2200). My dilemna is do I keep going and get the Arcwave for hubby or get the Nova now for me

Nova dies look good but we reeeeally like the look of the womaniser OG

The OG has pretty mixed reviews as to how useful it is, even among those who love g-spot play. We have one and while it occasionally makes an appearance as a vibrator to pair with going down on my wife it is not a toy that we frequently reach for, unfortunately.

@G_and_S get the Nova 2! OG is terrible (IMO). I’ve not actually written a review yet, I should but my motivation is always lacking for reviewing products I don’t like. The suction opening is way too large to be effective so suction power is severely lacking compared to the likes of the Melt, Next, etc. Useless on clit compared to other suction toys and honestly, I can’t feel the suction at all used internally. The vibes are good but you can get them from better shaped, girthier regular vibrators.

Arcwave isn’t that special in my experience, if he already has some form of stroker then keep those points and treat yourself instead 
Hey! Wasnt sure what topic to put this in, but for anyone that does these surveys and has claimed a reward, how long did it take for them to approve your claim, and whats the process once they do. Ive just claimed my first, and its gone off for approval
