I've been looking at the plus sized underwear on here and seen that you go up to a size 22-24 but I find when I've bought sexy underwear before (not from here but by a same brand you stock on here) they always come up a lot smaller then what the size is stated. And I was wondering if you’d be able to get bigger sizes for the plus sized underwear
Ive been looking around on the internet and there really isn’t that many place you can get real sexy, affordable and un-dated plus sized underwear out there.
Ive found this site http://www.velvetaffair.co.uk/ but a) you have to have an account with them to buy any of the stuff, b) it is just sooooooo expensive, c) they put the price up when the sizes goes up on the same outfit/underwear, d) they don’t have all the same outfits/underwear in the bigger sizes.
Then on this site I found http://www.biggalslingerie.com/ but a) its an American company so you have to wait around 2 weeks for it to arrive b) the stuff seems a tad dated, c) good prices but then you have to add on P&P for shipment to the UK, d) bit of a hassle doing returns if it doesn’t fit ect.
I really think there is a market for bigger sized sexy underwear/outfits here in the UK and it be really good if you guys could stock it.
If you stocked bigger sized, affordable really sexy un-dated underwear/outfits I think you’d make a killing and id certainly buy lots of these types of things from you.
So is there any chance you can look into this and make it happen?
Seconding this. And repeating what I said a while ago (which was acknowledged, I'm not picking on anyone, I promise! ) that we want burlesque/50s esque, curve-loving plus size things please... Uber frilly, girly knickers that will make me feel sexy as hell, sexy colours and better sizing if possible... ;)
oh i want some of them frilly knickers LF! sooooooooo much but can not find a pair to fit me :(
also forgot to add something, on the biggals underwear site above they have models who are plus size and show you what the iteam will look like on someone who is more curvy and i think this is pretty cool as you got more of an idea of how it might look on you then if you have just some size 8 model wearing it.
I promise i haven't forgotten my pledge to source larger sized affordable lingerie for LoveHoney! Unfortunately it hasn't been a very easy task to undertake - mainly because there are very few (if any) ranges which are affordable, stylish and a good enough quality. The issue with sourcing stock from outside the UK is that we have to purchase enough to make it worth bringing it into the UK in the first place. Also if we sell out of sizes it can be difficult to source replacement stock quick enough to satisfy customers... I hate nothing more than being out of stock on a product line and not being able to order it because it is the only line I need from a US supplier! it makes me very sad...
With regard to images at present we have to rely on our suppliers to provide us with images of the lingerie and costumes. All of the Plus Size Exposed, Veritus and Dreamgirl product images show Plus Sized models and a lot of the other suppliers are catching on to this. We have made a decision that we will not take on a new Plus Size brand unless they have images of the products on Plus Sized models.
With regard to ranges please let me know if you come across any others that you like and I will certainly look into the possibility of stocking them on LoveHoney. There have however been a couple I have been in touch with who did not want to be associated with a company selling sex toys so I can't make any promises.
For Burlesque style Plus Szies I would recommend the Kiss Me Deadly Range that we stock which go up to size 20.

I agree with you ladees it's a nightmare trying to getting sexy things for the plus size. I always struggle to get things to fit all over, either too small in one place and fine in another or too big in place and fine in the other.....
FYI I have just further reduced the price of a number of products in the Plus Sized Lingerie Sale category to make room for new lines arriving next week. There are some great savings making the previously unaffordable - affordable and only one or two of each size are available. My faves are the Intimate Attitudes Jacquard Corset from £79.99 now £34.99! Intimate Attitudes Charmeuse Bustier from £74.99 to £32.99!
I am a 38 inch chest and a size 18, which is annoying because i fit into both 'normal' sized (whatever normal is) and also the plus sized ranges depending on the material ect. I have found that new look on the high street have some pretty sexy undies but they only go up to an 18, they fit me fine and i have some like the what katie did range from there. I have also had some nice stuff from monsoon if youre looking for pretty stuff. 'Ann summers' they also have a range which goes up to i think a 26 (im not sure but im sure i saw something for a size 28 on ann summers once)
Evans have some nice lingerie they go up to a size 30!
as for outfits though i have to agree...getting the right fitting for a basque ect can be tricky.
I suffer from thyroid disease and my weight fluctuates like mad. i can be a size 14 then a size 20 in the space of a week ( i have 4 different wardrobes all with different sized clothing in) so i know a bit about shops particualr sizing ect.
I can certainly vouch for Simply be. After going to my local lingerie shop for new bra, was horrified that the 38DD i had been wearing was wrong as I am now a 36F....... (husband says....'feckin marvelous!) .got new 'sensible' bras from shop but wanted something a bit more racy and found that.........www.simplyyours.co.uk on the 'net had a lovely selection, especially those created by Gok Wan, I have ordered the sassy slip, with plunge bra top and added suspenders.
There is also a couple of pages at the back of the catalogue (which was sent after I placed the order on the internet) which has some 'play' outfits which go up to a size 32!!
It's definitely more difficult finding stuff in the plus sizes if you don't want granny pants! I find it especially hard as I'm a size 22-24, but I don't have the big bust to go with it - I'm only a B/C cup depending on the brand. So, much as I'd love a basque or something, I'd no doubt have loads of room left over in the cups.
I have used Naturally Close http://www.naturallyclose.co.uk/shop/home for several of my bras and find their range and sizing is fairly good and, like Simply Be, they do have a small range of the sexier stuff, but this will be the same as what you'll find on Velvet Affair.
I do love this suggestion from Carly, and I'm sorely tempted to buy it:

however my problem with the above sites are the fact that

im on the look out for sexy and affordable in big girls sizes to ...at a size 22 /24 and a 42 e there isnt much around ..have found the odd site that has some stuff but nothing that really impresses me ...
there is some really nice stuff here but just not enough of it
theres also one called bigsmalls.co.uk- they stock some up to 4xl depending on what they have in stock and are uk based. they have some interesting costumes! lol and theyre on bigger and beautiful models- not skinny minnies.

I know PPB, it's ridiculous! I think I've heard that too, and let's face it, a size 16 isn't big! There's nothing wrong with having curves whether you're a size 6 or a size 26.

i know its not LH's fault but i find that most of the WKD range says a "large" is a 14/16, which most people would agree is not a large
yes the corset will strech, but will also show a large proporition of back and this in my view is not attractive. it will also not fit as well when it is closed.
evans is good for underwear but their designs are almost the same as the supermarket ones, just more expensive.
