So it's a very good friends birthday next week. I don't want to spend much at all on a gift as it's only something small. So I'm looking for novelty items. I've so far got some moustache straws and a 'grow your own hooker' kit, but need one more item. Any ideas? I've looked at the novelty gifts on here but not really sure any of them are what I'm looking for.
