Some people seem to find them ok. I prefer a human hand. Or a decent sized dildo.
It is my experience that some people, at least me and one or two others I know, can experience a different kind of orgasm from deep anal stimulation. I don't have first hand knowledge of this (obviously) but I always find the reviews are super useful when it comes to picking a toy. As far as giving good orgasms I would expect that it's down to personal preference. As far as I know prostate massagers seem to do the job (but again personal preference would come into play as far as comfort goes - lots of good quality lube is always a suggestion).

The Helix is a true legend and most Aneros aficionados swear by it. I've experienced more Super-O's with this than anything else.
