@andrew36, I’m a very horny person and I have to masturbate or have sex daily otherwise I don’t feel fulfilled. There’s nothing wrong with draining the tank and going a couple of times a day; what I will say however is masturbating to porn that frequently will, over time, likely affect how easily you can perform at sex as your body gets used to the grip and speed of your hand.
My recommendation: keep it to once or twice a day maximum.
Both my husband and I have solo sessions when we need them. We have a very active and adventurous sex life but occasionally we both need to see to ourselves alone. Masturbation is nothing to worry about. It does have a social stigma which guilt trips people. There is no need for this as it is a natural sexual relief no matter how many times you need it.
I just don’t understand why there is such a stigma about it ?! It’s so irritating as it’s one of the most natural and normal things to do in my eyes. For one, without masturbation how the hell are you meant to know what you like ? Masturbation is like scratching, we all get an itch that must be scratched, some of us a few times a day, others many times a day. What on earth is wrong with it ?

I have weeks where I masterbate every day then can go for a week or 2 without masterbating once, that’s on top of a healthy sex life, I always been a compulsive wanker and never thought anything wrong with it! Sometimes that urge just has to be scratched!!
