Changing a review?

Here's an interesting one - for all my years of reviewing (10 ish!) I don't know the answer.

I reviewed a toy a bit over a year ago once I thought I'd got the measure of it, as usual. 15 months later, my view has shifted quite significantly. (from "eh, it's decent" to "everyone with a clitoris should own this"). Is there a protocol for altering a review?

Submitting a second seems a bit clunky/confusing for other customers, but I'd love to be able to change it to how I now feel and really wax lyrical!

Hi Operation Filth,

If you wish to change your review, the best way is to re-do it and contact us to take the old one down once submitted.

So if you would like to, please write your new review as per the usual process and then do get in contact with our customer care department letting them know you have re-submitted and wish to remove the old :) 

Glad to hear it is a toy you now get along with and would recommend, that is great!
