Ive just had an email off lovehoney saying

Whats this on about :s?

Someone trying to log on as you or if you selected the wrong button when logging in like your setting up a new account you will get that email .

I've done this and sent myself the exact same email before! Or as KF says, someone might be trying to use your email address. You might want to change your LH password and email password, just to be safe :/
