Lovehoney Brenna or some help!

@Lovehoney_Brenna i hope you can help. Since changing my email, I can’t log in! I asked for a password request and had an email saying I don’t have an account. I can post on here, I presume because I’m always logged in. I’m afraid to log out to test if I can log in. What do I do? I don’t want to lose my reviews or the ability to test products or to make purchases!!

If you haven’t allready try dropping an email to customercare@lovehoney.co.uk they’re usually very good and have sorted issues out for us in the past like user names and passwords etc! Give it a day or two and you should be contacted back by a real person after the initial confirmation email saying they have your querie

Hmm, how strange, can you still log into the shopping account with your old email? Did you follow all the steps for the email change?

I just logged in with my old email and followed the steps again, so let’s see if it works this time. Will all my reviews etc be linked to the new email?

I’ll swap them over for you once its all working okay! :slight_smile:
