Enhancement pills, herbal supplements

Hello lovelies,

My husband and I are interested in trying out some sexual enhancement pills. Does anyone have experience or advice to share? I see they lean more toward the men. What about female enhancements?

Thank you.

Do you mean pills like viagra.( sidenafil, medicinal name)
All they will do, is make it easier to achieve and maintain an erection. Tadalafil ( is the medicinal name for one type that can last for 48 hrs , so is known by some as a weekender pill.
These type of medication help to relax blood vessels that allow blood to flow to the penis.
I am not sure if it has the same effect on allowing blood to flow to the clitoris.
Before trying any of these , it is advised to check if they are not suitable for either of you on health grounds… basically be careful.
Whether they are sexual enhancement pills is down to the person using experience with them. They will not improve you libido as they need sexual stimulation to work.

Maybe try a Holland and Barrett’s shop if you have one near you as the staff in store are very helpful :slightly_smiling_face:

There are some threads that you can read people’s experiences with enhancement pills - Viagra? and Sildenafil aka Viagra.

@Cupc8kes posted a link to a site that had a list of natural aphrodisiac foods in the Little blue pill thread.

LH has some enhancement and supplement products under Better Female Orgasms and Better Sex for Him.

I personally have taken natural supplements for boosting my immune system when I was going to a naturopathic doctor (ashwagandha root, cordyceps mushroom powder, reishi mushroom powder). When I saw they were also good for naturally increasing my libido, I felt like they started helping my sex drive, but I’m not sure how much of that was psychological on my part :upside_down_face: Adaptogen blends to increase libido got really popular a few years back here in the US (via instagram influencers being sponsored by the companies producing them). Not sure how effective and scientifically proven it all is and how much of it is/was just trending fads. I wouldn’t recommend jumping out and trying a ton of new stuff at once. Especially if you have other medication or health issues, a medical professional would help you choose the right thing :+1:
