Erotica For Fellas? Anyone?

Hi all fellow LH addicts,

This is coming off the back of - and suggested by, tbh - sassykitten's FSOG thread and whilst enjoying various comments from the girl's reading corner, there seems quite a spartan presence of erotic fiction for us guys to enjoy, short of the various forms of hentai (usually Japanese originated porn comics and animation).

So thus I ask my good comrades, is there such a thing as men's erotic fiction, is there a market for it and am I the only one who might actually enjoy a sexy bedtime story for us testosterone types? Be it published in print, or online, do you know of any authors or online resources to peruse.

As a hetero guy, I'm mainly referring to 'straight' fiction here, but of course, given our membership comes from all persuasions, all or any male-orientated erotica will be of interest to all.

Not to mention, that Xmas is soon upon us, so the gift of a good, hot book is the gift that keeps on giving!

LH have a book section, have you looked through those? I can't see why there wouldn't be male erotica

There used to be a thriving erotic fiction section on here, but alas, it has since been defaced and removed....

Such a tragic loss as some of it was quite well written... there's definitely a place for it though... if the theme is right and it is really well planned and delivered...

@cheshirekat, Bigbikeguy, Scorpius12 and Ste; thank you all for your suggestions. tbh, I'm not sure what I'm looking for; just something away from the usual female POV literature. I took to 'ASSTR' last night and found 'Confessions' by Henrik Larsen. It doesn't rush itself and it's a bit vanilla, but two chapters in (my eyes were getting tired) and I found it quite enjoyable.

As to your other suggestions, I'll be unearthing them forthwith.

My husband recommends a text rpg called Corruption of Champions. It isn't aligned to any single sexual preference, for a hetero male you should play as a girl otherwise enjoy rather a lot of homosexual encounters.

I don't recommend this game if anything triggers you. It has plenty of weird and distrubing things in it and isn't all consensual.

I also came in to recommend Literotica. There's a lot of garbage on there but if you look around, particularly at the highly-rated stories, you should find something.

I have a kindle and the amount of free erotica is amazing. I don't mind what I read and seldom have get any I just read what my wife down loads

We are on holiday at the moment and she is reading a book a day.
