My Facebook feed this morning contained the welcome news that alt-country poster-boy Ryan Adams is releasing some kind of live album on Friday. Back in 2009, Adams faced the prospect of having to quit music - and indeed losing his hearing - after being diagnosed with Ménière's disease. Adams returned to music last year, having learned to manage the condition & embarked on a 90,000 mile, 73 date world tour to celebrate.
The name of his new live album? Live after Deaf.
I think that's just jumped up to number 1 in my all-time favourite album titles. What are yours?
