Finding someone to share control of toys with should not be too hard, Reddit (as @Calie suggested) is a good shout.
Them being of a similar age will narrow the pool of potential partners, wanting them to webcam will also put some people off.

I definitely can’t speak for everyone, but I would be quite hurt to find out I was somebody’s “practice girl”, if I had been developing a continued relationship with them online.
