We watch a little porn and realize when it shows guys who are intact, they’re usually european. The circumcision rate in the US is still very high - unfortunately for the babies.

This Al’s OH. When I measured his soft penis it was 4 1/2" to the pee hole. There’s about an inch of foreskin past it. His penis isn’t big in circumference like some. He’s 6" long when he’s hard. You should know your lover loves you the way you are built. When we watch porn I sometimes wish he was as big in circumference as I’ve seen just to feel it stretch me out more. I know I’ve said it before, but there’s nothing prettier than an intact penis. His foreskin droops past his pee hole even when he’s hard. The dr told him he has excessive foreskin. Sure makes anal easier - less friction. It’s also fun to suck it between my lips!

I’m finding in the last 6 months or so my foreskin feels increasingly tight, I remember my mum saying they considered having me circumcised when I was little but decided with the doctor that there wouldn’t be a problem for me. I find it quite uncomfortable at times now so I’m thinking about getting it done (I’m 40) anyone else experienced a change like this later in life, I never had any discomfort until this year…
It’s called Phimosis @notasbad and it happens myself and @Simon_101 have issues with it. Please go see you Dr as soon as you can, they are likely to start you out with a cream or two to try to relax the skin to elastic ate it back to where it was.
The most likely outcome is a meeting with a urologist and the removal of the foreskin and that’s okay. I’d prefer to have a functioning penis than one that’s stunted from fully working properly due to being caged and stopped by that little ring of skin.

TLDR : Please have a word with your gp @notasbad before it gets worse.
I wasted too many years of discomfort with the condition without even knowing what I had was wrong, before an unrelated injury forced me to get help.
Looking back, I can recall a conversation with my parents when I was about ten. They thought I had far too much foreskin and would likely need the operation. However as I could retract it they decided that I should wait and see. My dad was circumcised medically in the 1950s and said it may be hereditary, and to wait until adulthood may be too late…
Anyway, of course I never bothered with any treatment as I didn’t know any better and they forgot about it. Even until about 40 ish, all still worked ok but I now realise it was getting tighter all the time, but like brake pads wearing gradually you don’t realise !
As per most phimosis sufferers like @JGood it was always easy to retract when flaccid, but almost impossible when erect. I’ve never had the gliding action, when it was back it stayed there until the erection subsided and then I still had to painfully manipulate it back later.
This of course has meant I suffered from lifelong premature ejaculation, intercourse has never lasted more than 20 seconds without stopping & doing something else etc. as the phimotic ring was so tight it acted like a cock ring trapping the blood in the glans and causing extreme sensitivity. Yet again this is something I didn’t realise was wrong.
But maybe I should have realised, as when masturbating (without retraction) I could last ten minutes or so. I assumed it was the mental over-excitement of penetration rather than a physical problem I had.
At least it meant Lovehoney has profited well from my partner who has spent a fortune on her sex toys to be satisfied 
So between say 40 - 50 I realised help was needed but put it off of course as things were just about ok. My injury almost three years ago forced the issue, but even then I waited two years before a chance conversation with my best mate last summertime, when we spoke about sex and penises and I said there was an issue.
He unashamedly showed me his penis and how it should behave, with regards to a semi-erection and gliding etc. When he touched mine to see what I was talking about, I immediately winced in pain & he said “Doctor’s today !” Made the GP appointment, he referred to hospital, both said that I needed the operation a decade ago at least. Lucky the date came though within four months. In total was around six months or so since I was sat next to my mate C.
All those wasted years…

Just to add detail to the conversation, until January everything for me was fine I could retract the foreskin back both when flaccid or erect without issue.
However I have been going to the gym since November of last year quite regularly and either scratched, didn’t wash properly or something that caused a thrush like infection and the infection caused the foreskin to do what it has. And I’m now is the situation I’m in.
I’m hoping that I am fortunate enough to get an appointment as quickly as Simon, we will see and it’s good to have people to talk to @notasbad be it good a good friend like Simon’s or here on the forum for me.

So a brief update to this thread @JGood
If anyone at all on the forum requires more information that may help them, I am more than willing to be completely open with my experience of the day, and also into the future too.
Walked to the hospital & arrived around 7am. The operation commenced around lunchtime. I woke up back in the recovery bed after two hours or so & was home a couple more hours after that (escorted by o/h on the bus)
Will keep the bandage on until the tomorrow as instructed, and see how we are… No pain at all yet, but that will change when the nerve blockers expire tomorrow !
Big note on the discharge instructions… No sexual activity for SIX weeks 
Thank you for the update, what a long day for you, I take it they tell you not to drive home? I hope you find it as pain free as possible after tomorrow.
I have had my first letter in from the urologist saying they acknowledge my issue and will be in touch.

Not as bad as you think, about ten hours from leaving home to back again. No driving etc for two days, but probably generic guidance from Dvla following a general anaesthetic.
Braved taking the bandage off this afternoon, not as hideous looking as you’d think and there’s no blood or anything yet. Not even taken a single painkiller yet which is remarkable indeed. One thing to note J is that you will need to wee into the bathroom jug, it will go everywhere but in the toilet
Glad to hear you’ve had an acknowledgment, the guidance here in Lancs was a consultation within 12 weeks from the that letter. Luckily my operation date was around 16 weeks following that meeting. I do hope you are dealt with quickly too

I was circumcised as a child, probably for medical reasons I don’t remember I was too young.
So being cut is all I’ve ever known.
Probably because the penis I am most familiar with is my own that is definitely my preference. I just don’t like the look of uncut ones

I’m intact. We tried a little experiment. Before I inserted my penis in to her pussy, I pulled the foreskin back, held it there and inserted my penis. I agree with @user543 . I was circumcised when an infant and probably 95% of guys I have known are also . To me an un cut penis just looks wrong . I am also a grower , which makes many activities more comfortable . I had one friend that was uncut and was hung way beyond average . I remember when dirt biking or horseback riding he would often have painful issues from his large penis getting pinched or smashed . Of course this could also be the case with guys that wear boxers or go commando . I also heard horror stories of foreskins getting caught in zippers , ouch !

I had a medical condition (foreskin fusing to head of the penis … quite common apparently) and had to be circumcised. That was about 30 years ago. First erection after the Op was mightly painful as I still had stiches. Painful in a horny sory of way. Result of the Op made me more sensitive and had to adapt my … hmmm … self pleasuring technique. Lubrication helps.

I’m in the odd boat of being a cut male who wishes he had his foreskin. I don’t really get why circumcision is still allowed. I’d LOVE to have that skin to slide around and play with, and I feel like I’m seriously missing out. I’m straight but even looking at other men’s penises they just look “healthier” when not cut. No scars, no dried out head, no painfully tight skin. I know it’s a decisive topic but at the end of the day I’m one man who would give almost anything to have a foreskin. Regardless of what anyone else thinks, that’s my preference, one I’ll unfortunately never get to experience.

I’ll bet there are many like you. Too bad some think an uncut penis isn’t clean. I love my foreskin. Yes, I get looked at in the gym locker room. But I bet some are jealous.
It’s a funny one that. Beside for religious and medical reasons, circumcision isnt the norm in europe.
I suppose it is in the US, where, perversely, medical care required to perform it needs to be paid for by the individual/family.
