one of my partners used to wear a plug when we would go running, it had to have a thick bulb and a thin neck to keep it in place. Iv worn one when Iv done stuff around the house but that's just a small one. It can be done but I suggest doing a few lunges with one in before going out! Ha

Thanks for the replies so far. I'm talking delivery of a "So Devine Sweet Sensation" today mostly to try it at work but I'm also thinking of running in it.

I've worn one whilst cross country running, cycling and swimming naked in my own swimming pool and I've never lost a butt plug . Just make sure that the neck of the plug is very slim and it wont pop out.
