Has the UK website changed?

I’ve tried it and it works for me. Are you entering it on the checkout page? What does it come up as? Are you definitely logged in? I’ve noticed that it logs me out everytime I leave the page, so need to log back in. On my checkout page when it applies the code it comes up with a little 25% off £40 next to the items. I tried it when not logged in and it said not valid to use this code or something.

Yeah defo logged in - it’s got my wish lists etc…does it still identify you as unlimited? Like the old site did…it doesn’t for me?

The new one doesn’t have wishlists anymore, only saved items. No, mine doesn’t obviously say anywhere that I’m unlimited like it used to. When you put the code in what does it say?

I used UNLIMITED25OFF40

And it says

Sorry, this code, ‘UNLIMITED25OFF40’, isn’t valid. Please make sure it is entered correctly.

Feels like maybe I’m no longer unlimited…

I’ve not had an email either. @Lovehoney_Nick any ideas?

Yep, thats the same message I get if I use private browsing and try trick it into thinking I don’t have an account. If you’ve spent over £50 in the last year then you should still be unlimited, otherwise it reverts back to standard account. You can check by going to past orders

it doesn’t work for me neither, maybe try again tomorrow and see if things are working 100%. I didn’t see the need for the change but that’s just me

Code is not valid on my account either as just tried it. No email about the new website or loyalty scheme etc yet either. Maybe slowly altering accounts (or at least I hope that is what will happen)

Not valid on mine either. I’ve also not had the email yet.

Closer to a £500 so should be! I’m guessing they’re updating accounts in batches and when I get the email it’ll work…otherwise theyll be getting a lot less custom!

Not working for me either…

Ah, perhaps they’re working their way through accounts then and applying it by the sounds of it as other people are in the same position as you. There’s always a short period of time during changeover to get everything working - I’m sure it’ll all be running smoothly in no time at all

Indeed…watch this space…glad it’s not just me!

New website up and running for me.

Much better website, nice fresh design and the menu loads much better and easier to find things.

Great that the wishlists will be back, no doubt more features will be coming as the website settles down and the bugs fixed :+1:

Unfortunately I cannot find anything on my account mentioning my unlimited status either :persevere: I’d assume this will be updated over time. With regards to the discount code not working, are sure it’s not clashing with another deal? Hopefully you and everyone else gets their email soon an that’ll fix the issue :smiling_imp:

My site has changed. Can’t say I’m impressed, the old saying “if it’s not broke don’t fix it” comes to mind.

Lost the “new in” on the drop menus aswell,

Its been removed by the looks of things, a long with quite a few other pages and features. It all feels like a down grade to me

Same here.

Was my go to point rather than have to gothrough each section and trying to spot what could be new. I hope it returns pretty soon

A lot of people not liking change. I like the new set up. I think the menus are clear and the site is easy to navigate. I love that you can now sort the reviews by negatives first as I do generally find it more informative to see why someone didn’t get on with a product and whether that would or wouldn’t be a problem for me. The search algorithms also seem to have been improved and work really well now.

Yes, there are obviously a few teething problems but as explained higher up the account stuff will be fixed and the unlimited benefits remain as they were.

I too, however, would like the, “What’s New” back as it was generally my first stop off as well. Otherwise, rather liking it all :+1:
